NEW AUDITION on 2nd of May 2009, 3 pm. You will take part in a circus workshop and if you like show us some skills that you already possess.
Are you talented? Enthusiastic? Determined? Disciplined? Adventurous?
This is a brand new Professional Youth Circus Company that will build upon the strengths of previous international award-winning projects that Circus Maniacs has run over the last 10 years.
We are calling all serious young performers to come and join us and participate in a unique fun and exciting experience.
Learn to perform all sorts of circus skills including: trapeze, acrobatics, tightwire, juggling, manipulation, Chinese pole & much more.
The training commitment is approximately 5 hours a week for each of the groups.
There will be fabulous opportunities to take part in performances, festivals, and training camps in summer 2009, plus any international travel opportunities for the Senior Company that we can arrange in connection with our partners from the N.I.C.E. Network.

Cost: £210 for 15 weeks (approx. 60 hours) + annual membership fee of £15

The Junior Performance Comapny's training sessions will run from 7 March until the end of the summer term.
Minimum attendance requirements:
Saturday Circus Club (8-18s), Saturdays 10am-12.30pm
and Junior Performance Company (8-12s), Saturdays 1–3pm
OR 2 x any midweek session out of the following:
- Trapeze & Aerial Skills (8-18s), Tuesdays 5.30-7pm
- Acrobatics Skills (8-18s), Wednesdays 5.30-7pm
- Ground-based Circus Skills (8-18s), Thursdays 5.30-7pm
- Practise and Performance (8-18s) Saturday 1-2pm
(Any midweek sessions listed above that company members can make beyond the minimum requirement are free.)

scholarships/bursaries
Circus Maniacs will be offering a limited number of scholarships/bursaries to assist talented and fully committed young performers. More details on application.
