Description:
This is a shorter version of the 1 / 2 day course
This course introduces you to:
Warm-up Exercises; Rope Climbing / Trapeze*; Juggling & Manipulation; Equilbristics (various); Acrobatics (Balances & Pyramids).

Juggling & Manipulation
Benefits:
Improve hand-eye co-ordination.
Description:
So you think you are good at juggling time / money / life in general? How about learning to juggle objects as well? All ages welcome. Challenge your hand-eye co-ordination & even your grip!
The course introduces you to:
General Warm-up Exercises; Juggling (Scarves, Rings, Balls, Clubs); Manipulation (Diabolo, Devil-stick, Cigar Boxes, Hats); Balancing Objects

Equilibristics

Core Exercises for Alignment & Posture; Stilt-walking; Walking Globe; Unicycling; Tight-wire etc..

Fun With Acrobatics

Don't worry if you didn't make the gym team at school, or haven't done a cartwheel in years, or even mix up your left & right feet. Challenge yourself to have a go! Acrobatics is great for developing confidence in your movement abilities, it is also great for building stamina.
