Directions to Circus Maniacs

Circus Maniacs is based at the Kingswood Foundation
Most of our Courses take place in the South Wing EAST - Our training HQ.

By Car:

From Central Bristol & Bristol Central Bus Station:

From the inner city ring find the 'Old Market' turn
Follow the one way system passing 'Trinity'
You will come to a large roundabout
Straight on signed A420 Chippenham
Follow this road for about 3 miles
You will start to go up hill
Take the Left Fork up 'Two Mile Hill' road
Carry on up the hill until you come to the first lights
Church on your right
Turn right
First Left (hard left)
Right at the T junction (back street)
Doen the hill (Kennet Avenue)
At the bottom of the hill turn right into the gates of the Kingswood Foundation Estate.

From the M4:

Get off the M4 onto the M32
M32 Junction 1 (as soon as you get on the M32)
Turn off left
Follow the RING ROAD signpost A420
You will go over several roundabouts (about 5)
Turn Right for Kingswood
Go into Kingswood Senter - up the hill
The one-way system will force you to turn left
Turn right straight away - this is Cecil road
Drive past the back of Somerfield (on your right)
Turn left at the T junction
Turn First right into Britannia road
(English Leathers is on the corner)
Down the hill - at the bottom turn in the gates on your left

From Bath:

Take the A4 until you come to the first main roundabout outside Bristol
Turn right for 'Ring Road'
Follow this road until the sign for Kingswood - turn left into Kingswood.
Go into Kingswood Senter - up the hill
The one-way system will force you to turn left
Turn right straight away - this is Cecil road
Drive past the back of Somerfield (on your right)
Turn left at the T junction
Turn First right into Britannia road
(English Leathers is on the corner)
Down the hill - at the bottom turn in the gates on your left

By Bus:

From Central Bristol:

40, 41, 42 or 43
From Bristol city centre to Kingswood
Get off outside 'The Pine Shop'
Cross the road at the Zebra Crossing
Walk down Waters Road (next to the snooker club)
Walk down Hillside Avenue
At the bottom of the hill cross Britannia Road
Walk into 'The Kingswood Foundation Estate'

N.B. Once you are on the bus, it takes about 20 minutes.

By Coach:

From Bristol Central Bus Station:

Take buses 40, 41, 42 or 43
From Bristol city centre to Kingswood - as above

By Train:

From Bristol Temple Meads Station:

Take buses 8 or 9 to the City Centre
Followed by buses 40, 41, 42, 43 to Kingswood - see above; or

Take the local (Avonmouth) train to Staple Hill (first stop)
Take the buses 40, 41, 42, or 43 to Kingswood - as above.

Take a taxi - see above.

By Taxi:

From Central Bristol:

A taxi to Kingswood will cost about ten to twelve pounds from:

Bristol City Centre, or

Bristol Central Bus Station, or

Bristol Temple Meads Train Station

Alternatively, a taxi will cost about twenty-five to thirty pounds from Bristol International Airport.

By Air:

From Bristol International Airport:

We recommend that you take the bus to Bristol Central Bus Station. It costs about £4.00.
From here you can then either:

Take buses 40, 41, 42, 43 - see above; or

Take a taxi - see above.

From Heathrow Airport in London:

We recommend that you take the National Express Coach to Bristol Central Bus Station. It costs about £4.00.
From here you can then either:

Take buses 40, 41, 42, 43 to Kingswood - see above; or

Take a taxi - see above.
