Description:

This is a shorter version of the 1 / 2 day course

This course introduces you to:

Warm-up exercises; rope climbing / trapeze*; juggling & manipulation; equilbristics (various); acrobatics (balances & pyramids).

So you think you are good at juggling time / money / life in general? How about learning to juggle objects as well? All ages welcome. Challenge your hand-eye coordination & even your grip!

Description:

Equilibristics is the art of balancing. Exploring and improving your posture and balance can reap real health benefits in everyday life. Importantly, have fun, learn new skills, and gain physical confidence!

Core exercises for alignment & posture; stilt-walking; walking globe; unicycling; tight-wire etc..
