Multi-Circus Skills Team Bonding - A Great Circus Experience

Benefits:

For developing trust within teams.

Description:

(Without an end performance.)

Everyone starts the day in teams, and work around having the chance to experience lots of different challenges throughout the whole day.

The advantage of this option versus the 'Team Challenge' below is that participants are in the same team for the whole day. Because there is no time used up (or pressure) on preparing performance, this gives more time for participants to support each other through the broad range of challenges the team experience together throughout the day.

Duration:

Usually 1 to 2 days (minimum 6 hours)

Minimum Number of Tutors:

We like to run workshops with a minimum of two tutors to provide a variety of skills tuition.

Teaching Ratios:

1 Tutor : 8 maximum participants

Suitable for:

Small to very large groups, i.e. up to 250 people

multi circus skills team challenges - a real circus challenge!

Benefits:

Encourages team co-operation & bonding to meet the challenges.

Description:

(Including an end performance.)

Everyone starts with the chance to taste as many different circus skills as we can get them to within the time restrictions of the morning. Just before lunchtime participants will be asked about their skills choices, and immediately after lunch we will divide the group into new teams to develop short 'acts' which will be presented to the other teams at the end of the day.

Participants will need to adapt again to be in a new team after lunch, with the pressure on to prepare a presentation! The benefits of this option is that participants select one (or two) skills to develop a bit further & there will be a chance for all the teams to present something to each other at the end of the day.

Duration:

Usually 1 to 2 days (minimum 6 hours)

Minimum Number of Tutors:

2 (to provide the variety of skills tuition needed)

Teaching Ratios:

1 Tutor: 8 maximum participants

Suitable for:

Small to very large groups, i.e. up to 250 people
